1. Who We Are

Goalie Eye ("Goalie Eye," "we," "our," or "us") is a service operated by COACHES EYE LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Goalie Eye is a trade name used by COACHES EYE LLC, and COACHES EYE LLC is the entity responsible for the Service and the party you contract with. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Goalie Eye application and website (the "Service").

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Plain-Language Summary

This summary is for convenience only and does not replace the full Policy below.

• We collect what we need to run team, camp, video, and scheduling features.
• Coaches, team administrators, and organizations can see information about athletes on their team or roster.
• Some camp features let users enter health information about athletes, including minors. We treat that as sensitive.
• We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data, and you can delete your account from the Settings menu.

3. Information We Collect

a. Account information. Email address, authentication credentials managed by our authentication provider, display name, account role (for example athlete, parent, coach, or administrator), language preference, and team or organization affiliation.

b. Athlete and roster profile information. Name, jersey number, position, height, weight, shooting or catching hand, birthdate, hometown, name pronunciation, contact email, and similar roster details. This information may be entered by the athlete, by a parent or guardian, or by a coach or team administrator.

c. Camp, event, and registration information, including health information. Where a camp or event uses our registration features, the Service can store guardian names and phone numbers, secondary guardian contacts, emergency contact names and phone numbers, allergies, medical conditions, medications and dosing notes, authorized pickup lists, apparel sizing, photo consent selections, and free-text notes for staff. This information is entered by users, not generated by us.

d. Media content. Video clips, uploaded video files, thumbnails, images, tags, annotations, and related metadata such as timestamps and event labels. Media may be stored on your device and, depending on your settings and plan, synced to our cloud storage.

e. Scheduling and booking information. Practice, game, lesson, and availability records, booking requests, session locations, group size, confirmations, and related messages or notes.

f. Payment information. Subscription status, plan type, renewal and expiration dates, transaction identifiers, and amounts owed or paid. Card numbers and full payment credentials are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

g. Usage, device, and diagnostic information. Features accessed, actions taken in the Service, approximate session timing, error and crash information, browser or device type, operating system, and similar technical data.

h. Information stored on your device. The Service uses local browser storage and on-device databases to keep the application working, remember preferences, and store media locally. This information stays on your device until you clear it or delete it through the Service.

4. Where the Information Comes From

We receive information directly from you, and we also receive information about athletes from coaches, team administrators, camp staff, organizations, and parents or guardians. If you provide information about another person, including a child, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and to allow us to process it as described in this Policy.

5. Children and Minors

The Service is designed for use by teams and programs that may include minors, but accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create their own accounts or to submit personal information to us directly without verifiable parental consent.

Where information about a minor is submitted to the Service by a parent, guardian, coach, team administrator, or camp operator, that person is responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and comparable laws in other jurisdictions, before submitting it.

A parent or guardian may review the personal information we hold about their child, request that we correct or delete it, and refuse further collection or use of it. To make such a request, contact us at goalie.eye.llc@gmail.com and identify the child, the team or program, and your relationship to the child so we can verify the request. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

6. Health and Other Sensitive Information

Allergy, medical condition, medication, and emergency contact fields exist so that camp and team staff have information they say they need on site. We use this information only to make it available to the authorized staff of the team, camp, or organization the athlete is registered with, to operate the Service, and to comply with law. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or product analytics.

Goalie Eye is not a healthcare provider, and the Service is not a medical record system, an electronic health record, or a substitute for the records or procedures your program is required to maintain. We are not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and information entered into the Service is generally not protected health information under that law. Do not rely on the Service as the sole record of an athlete's medical needs, and do not rely on it in an emergency. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

7. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
• To create and manage accounts, rosters, teams, camps, and registrations.
• To store, sync, organize, and display media you create or upload.
• To operate scheduling, availability, and lesson booking features.
• To process subscriptions and payments and to manage plan entitlements.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, and changes to the Service.
• To diagnose problems, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
• To improve the Service and develop new features, using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where consent is required, including for health-related information. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. How Information Is Shared

a. Within your team or organization. Coaches, team administrators, camp staff, and other authorized members of your team or organization can view information associated with that team, including roster details, media, schedules, and, where applicable, camp registration and health information. Your program controls who holds those roles. We are not responsible for how your team, camp, or organization uses information it can access.

b. Service providers. We use third-party providers to host and operate the Service, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, and storage services provided by Google Firebase, and payment processing provided by Stripe. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.

c. Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms, investigate suspected violations, prevent fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Goalie Eye, our users, or the public.

d. Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will seek to ensure the recipient honors this Policy or provides notice of any material change.

e. With your direction. We share information when you ask us to, including when you share media or invite others to a team.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Third-Party Resources and Links

The Service includes links and phone numbers for independent organizations, including crisis lines, therapist directories, and sports science and nutrition organizations. These organizations are not affiliated with us, we do not endorse specific providers, and listings are provided for information only. When you follow a link or place a call, you leave the Service and the receiving organization's own privacy practices apply. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for those practices.

10. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward for the period reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain security and backup integrity. Camp and event registration information, including health information, is retained for the period the operating program requires it, after which it may be deleted or de-identified. Content stored only on your device remains there until you remove it.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, transport encryption, and provider-managed storage security. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for the security of devices you use, and for managing who has coach or administrator access to your team.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, a portable copy of information you provided, restriction of or objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

You can delete your account and its associated data from the Settings menu in the Service. You may also contact us at goalie.eye.llc@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to the account before acting, and we may decline requests where an exception applies, such as where we are required to retain information by law. If an athlete's information was submitted by a team, camp, or organization, we may direct your request to that program or work with it to respond.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are in California, you may exercise the rights described above and may use an authorized agent to do so. If you are in Canada, you may contact us regarding access and correction of your personal information.

13. International Transfers

We operate from the United States and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers of personal data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

14. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language, operate offline and local media features, and understand how the Service is used. Most browsers let you block or delete these, but doing so may prevent parts of the Service from working.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date above. If we make a material change, we will provide additional notice through the Service or by email where required. Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
